When a surgical evaluation or procedure is required, we refer patients to the CHUM Surgical Clinic and work closely with its team. This collaboration helps maintain continuity of care through shared medical information, imaging and test results, and coordinated pre- and post-operative planning.
What support is available before and after surgery?
