Support Services
Most support services are covered under RAMQ. Diet + Nutrition and Mental Health services are provided at no cost to our patients through CHUM.

While the CHUM IBD Centre is located in Montréal, we treat patients from every corner of the province, either in person or through telehealth. If you would like to book an appointment and you are not a current patient, you must have a referral from your doctor.
